Tough Mudder Elite Extension Program
This 6 week program invovles extending our regular group training sessions by 30 minutes to give you the Tough Mudder Fitness Edge when you take on the 18-20km course on Sunday Nov 19, 2017. There will be 20+ obstacles which breaks up the running nicely for anyone who is worried about the distance.
Here's the details for our program:
- You must upgrade your regular program to three sessions on three different days per week.
- You must do one 30 or 60 minute extension session on one of those sessions each week.
- You must do your own runs.
- Extension sessions will be held on Monday and Wednesday at Balmoral 5.30am-7.00am, Tues & Thurs (5.30am-7.00am) & Sat (6am-8.15am)
- You can also do back to back Mums Squad sessions or our 90 minute Rolling start sessions on a Tuesday and Thursday at Balmoral.
- There is no limit to the number of extension sessions you can do as long as you are not the only one doing the extension session that day.
- The cost is your regular training plus $320 which covers as many extension sessions as you can do (including any childcare).
- You will need to cover your own race entry.
