Your 3 Points Challenge Running Program

The three runs in the 3 Points Challenge don’t sound like alot. There is only 6km in all and it’s broken into three runs. You run for 1.5 kilometres twice between swims and then come home with a 3km run from Freshwater to Nth Curl Curl.
But when you climb out of the surf to get started, you can feel like you have a piano on your back. Then there is the 400 metres across soft sand to finish. So the running program is designed to focus on delivering quality speed efforts over similar distances when you may already be battling fatigue.
