No Lip Service ("NLS")
No Lip Service Sessions are bonus fitness sessions held before our Group Training Sessions at North Sydnye.
They are about setting your own fitness challenges and meeting them with other people who like to train hard. You are your own task master. An agent of fitness empowerment. There is No Lip Service. You are training yourself and it is a great way to hone a sharp edge on your fitness or make time when there is none by getting up early.

Once you finish the session you to keep track of your progress and make your contribution to the NLS fitness community. You achievements are a motivating boost for others as you strive for more and more improvement.
They really are at 5am and for busy, successful people it can be the only time you can get for yourself each day! When things are tough at work lots of people say there is no time for exercise. With NLS that is a big: "No way!"
Starting at 5am, you make time to call your own by getting up early. Put a great workout in the bank and then if you can't stay for group training it's straight in at 6, team leader! Sessions start at 5am sharp so we can finish on time. The name and destination of the session is left on the windscreen of the Fit4Dreams Van so you can always catch up if you're a little late getting our of bed.
