This is our first Elite Events Program of the year. It's an exciting milestone on the 2nd Sunday in May and a great challenge as you make Mothers Day extra special with a fitness celebration.

Our training will get you ready to do the race but it’s not just about finishing, it’s about doing your best beyond the limits you’ve created for yourself.

Training begins with a special session on Wednesday 21 March at 9.30am and runs for 6 weeks with training on a Wednesday.

Elite Event Fees for Mothers Day Classic:

  • $380 without childcare. 

  • $470 with childcare for one child. Extra children added at $15 per child per session.

  • $560 with childcare for two children. 

You can pay upfront or by direct debit. Book your place here.

Training Sessions

  • Training will be every Wednesday for 8 sessions with the last session being Wednesday 9 May. You can also attend extra sessions on Fridays and Sundays. Friday will be strength and speed work sessions for an hour. Sunday will be longer work. Please see all the times and dates in theist below. In all there are 22 sessions available. You can come to as many as you can manage but must come to at least 8.
  • The first Wednesday session is on Wed 21 March at 9.30am at Balmoral.
  • Sessions go for between 60 and 90 minutes.
  • The Race is on Sunday 13 May. Everyone is responsible for their own entry. You can enter the race at the Mothers Day Classic Website.
  • You can make up Elite Events sessions you miss at any of our group training sessions.
  • We need 8 starters to train a team.

    The Mothers Day Classic
