Elite Events: How does it work?
Our Elite Events Program is about giving you a real and tangible goal to drive your results. Exciting and intense it's your chance to be treated, and treat yourself as an athlete at any one or all of the following events:
- Aquathon and Summer Race Series
- Kids Spartan Adventure Race
- Spartan Adventure Race
- Mothers Day Classic
- Survival of the Fittest
- Sydney Half Marathon
- True Grit Adventure
- Tough Mudder
- 3 Pools & 3 Points Challenge
Here's the style of commitment attached to each program. You will need to complete:
- At least one extra 90 minute or 2 hours session per week
- All your regular sessions
- Do your Elite Event Homework in your own time
- Complete your online training diary know as you Library of Success
- The purchase your food diary app & keep it up to date.
- Your entry in the event.
- We always aim to have a Wednesday and a Saturday training stream so everyone can get all their Elite Sessions done.
