Camp David: Lunchtime City Fitness
Can't make our early sessions? Need another chance to train? Sounds like a call for a fitness summit at Camp David: City Group Fitness Sessions with boxing and cross city adventures.
Here are the details to build your fitness at lunchtime:
  • Wednesday training: 12.30-1.30pm session;
  • 6 Sessions in 6 Weeks for $120;
  • Train from Cook & Phillip Park, Meeting in front of St Mary's Cathedral;
  • You can't use make-ups to train at Camp David.
  • You can make-up Camp David City sessions you miss at our 5 or 6am or 6.15pm sessions during the week or with our 6am + 7.15am Saturday Double-Up at Balmoral:
  • You will need your own Boxing gloves;
  • You are also asked to wear your Fit4Dreams training shirt to Camp David. They are $20 or free when you pay for your first 6 weeks training.
