The first day was our intro day... we looked around the farm to see what we could do.

This is Day one and we went straight to the Granite stones that cover so much of the hillsides around Cooma and Jindabyne, climbing up the hills by jumping rock-to-rock. We stopped for 4 set of 15 push-ups with he feet up on the rocks and our hands elevated on rocks as well so we could get right into that push-up.

We brought a footy as well. Toby's been playing dummy half in the Manly West Junior B Team for the year 3 and 4's so we did lots of grubbers, run arounds and set up some tyres for some passing. 

We only did one workout.. but after this we're pumping it up to two.
