Tough Mudder Extension Sessions

 

We are starting all 6am sessions at 5.30am for Tough Mudders.

We are adding an extra half hour to all 9.30am Mums Squad Sessions at Balmoral for Tough Mudders.

You can also just do a double i.e. 8.15am -10.30 or 6am to 8.15am on a Saturday. This training changes lives and Tough Mudder is top notch fun.  So join-in if you can. Your $220 fees cover as many extension sessions as you can do and you must do one per week as well as 2 other regular sessions ie. you do three sessions per week and at least one must be an extension session

 

3 Points Challenge: Starts Wednesday October 7… with bonus warm-up swim + group session on 7am Monday 5 October 5

Talk about life changing- What about the 3 Points Challenge. 

Well swimming and running both get you fit and toned. But together. OMG. I’m talking best summer body ever and real confidence in the surf!!

But it does take commitment.

You have to do swimming and running training… That can be hard and one thing is clear. People who do their homework in their own time do very, very well. People who don’t simply do not!

 

INSURMOUNTABLE OBSTACLE: “I’ve got the kids and will have no time to do my swimming homework”

UNBELIEVABLE SOLUTION: Free Childcare!!!

 

So what we are going to offer to all 3 Point Challengers is FREE CHILDCARE for your own training.

What are you crazy? Maybe.

Anyway, here’s how it will work. 

If you are in the 3 Points Challenge and come to an 8.15am Mums Squad session to do your dry land training, you can leave the kids in our Mums Squad childcare from 9.30am until 10.30am while you do your own swimming in the Balmoral Baths for FREE. I’m not joking. This is a serious program and I feel like we need to help people get there extra training done in the water.

So if you’ve been prevaricating. 

If you are 50/50. 

If all you hear in your head is UMM-Ahh

If you are an “I’ll definitely do it next year”.

Make the change and do it now. You will never forget it.

These are the only group sessions going ahead this weekend

  1. Saturday 3 October- 7.15am Balmoral with childcare + 30 minute Extensions for Tough Mudders
  2. Monday 5 October- 7am warm-up swim for 3 Points Challengers + who then join in at 8.15am
  3. Monday 5 October- 8.15am Balmoral with childcare + 30 Minute Extension for Tough Mudders

Just to be really, really clear these sessions are cancelled for the long Weekend and Public Holiday. i.e. these are the sessions that are NOT going ahead:

  1. Saturday 6am at Balmoral on 3 October. 
  2. Saturday 7am at Clontarf on 3 October. 
  3. Monday 6am at Balmoral on 5 October.
  4. Monday 9.30am at Balmoral on 5 October.

Looking forward to a very exciting day today with out Tough Mudder training, a great Long Weekend of Fitness, and to see how many people we get in the water on Monday at 7am…. Four is the record with the Official Start to the 3 Points Challenge Program not until Wednesday October 7.
