The sun is up early again. It's great at training. Time to get going again!

Long Weekend  (October 4, 5 & 6).

We are going to make every effort to keep all our Saturday sessions going ahead as normal over the next Long Weekend
What's more we will provide childcare if needed.

All you have to do is book in and let us know you want it.

Here are the times and dates:

Saturday 4 October:

  • Balmoral 6am + Balmoral 7.15am (with childcare if needed)
  • Clontarf 7am (with childcare if needed)

Monday 6 October- one official session only

  • Balmoral 7.30am (with childcare)
  • Balmoral 6am lap swimming for 3 Points Challenge

Daylight Savings Dates

It's so great that we are getting the light back for our 6am sessions right now. Come back and enjoy because we are thrust back into darkness for a week or two when daylight savings comes in. Here are the dates:

  • Daylight savings starts on Sunday 5 Oct 2014. You put your clocks forward 1 hour at 2am.
  • Daylight savings ends on Sunday 5 April 2015. You put your clocks back 1 hour at 3am
