Breakthrough Group Training

Creating fitness breakthroughs is our specialty and we’ve guided thousands to do more with their fitness than they ever thought they could, or perhaps, ever thought they would again!

We create dynamic outdoor sessions using circuits, boxing, games, medicine ball drills and cross-country adventures where the exciting efforts of the group help you lift to new fitness levels.

If you come to your training sessions, you’ll get the results you want.

You can train once a week or every session we've got. Add our bonus No Lip Service Sessions or join in our Elite Events Teams. Once you've started your Fitness Breakthrough and there are always more challenges you can take on.

Book your regular training sessions but make-up any you miss at our other Fit4Dreams Group Training Sessions or Whole Family Fitness Sessions.

You can even do extra sessions in advance if you know you will be missing sessions in the future. Check out our timetable to see what will work for you.

What do you need to do to get started?

  • Call (02) 9907 6040 to let us know you'll be coming, tell us about your goals, challenges and fitness history.
  • Print and Complete our Exercise Pre-Screening and Waiver Forms
  • Bring your forms to your first session or fax them to (02) 9907 7040.
  • Try a session to make sure Fit4Dreams is for you. There'll be no charge if it is not.
  • There is a $20 joining fee which includes your Fit4Dreams Training Shirt or Singlet.
  • Choose between paying your fees upfront or each week by Direct Debit.

What if I want to bring a friend when I am already a Fit4Dreams client? Great! Your friend will start with their first session free and you will get an extra session free when they sign up! Bring two friends at once and you get a free week!

Fees

All our program commitments are for three months or 13 weeks and you can pay upfront or with a weekly direct debit. Here are our fees for training:

  • Once a week $22 a week or $286 upfront
  • Twice a week $40 a week or $500 upfront
  • Three times a week $53 a week or $682.50 upfront.
  • As many times as you can train each week $60 a week or $780.
  • Camp David: Lunchtime City Sessions 6 Sessions in 6 weeks for $120.
