If you have not got your eating plan right for you and the fitness work you're doing you don't know what you need to be eating.

Our healthy eating package supports all your efforts to help you get better value out of every single second of exercise!

It is worth over $350 but if you are a Fit4Dreams or Mums Squad Client it is available to you as a part of your program for just $300 and includes:

  • Two private consultations after one of your sessions or at a time to suit;
  • Creating an eating plan for you to follow;
  • A food diary review if required; and 
  • Your body measurements to benchmark your improvements.

Elite Events: Goal Driven Breakthrough Results

Our Elite Events Program is about giving you a real and tangible goal to drive your results. It’s exciting and intense outdoor fitness training where you are treated and train like an athlete for the following events.

Basic Requirements

Training includes an extra 90 minute to 2 hour session each week.

More intense, the focus is on your performance. There's extra training and your "Library of Success' training Diary."

Everyone who completes our Elite Events programs enjoys a fantastic rate of improvement.

It's a real commitment but commitment but the rewards are priceless.

Get Fit

Mums Squad is an exciting program where we help you  enjoy the confidence you get from feeling fit, toned and strong

 

Have Fun

Mums Squad workouts start at your pace walking through body-weight exercises progressing through to jogging, boxing, weights, exercise circuits with resistance bands or medicine balls. 

Make Friends

Everyone you train with is a Mum. You'll often share the same goals and face the same challenges as the girls you're training with, so a team feeling builds quickly during our hour long sessions.

Our childcare is first rate. It's so important for you to be able to be able to leave your little one with our nannies  and know they will be cared for. It creates the time you need to concentrate on yourself.

When you bring a group of people together who are facing the same challenges and have similar goals a team forms almost automatically. That's what happen's at Mums Squad. You get fit, make friends and have so much fun doing it.

  • First weeks training is complimentary if you don't want to continue for any reason.
  • If you start with a friend you both begin your Mums Squad program with a free week.
  • We ask you for an initial commitment of 13 weeks.
  • If you are referred by a current Mums Squad you receive a free session and so do they as part of our referral rewards program.
